His first novel, which combines, in modernist mode, the amusing story of some eccentric book scouts in search of treasure, with an evocation of the Jack the Ripper murders.
Annotated in red and black ink on 41 pages. Miscellaneous images relating to the text have been pasted in by the author and include cut out illustrations, photocopied photographs and stamps, and an ICA ticket stub for Brian Catling’s Were. The printed illustration on the verso of the half title page has been hand coloured by the author. Approximately 1,120 words.
